Starcare is passionate about improving how people needing care and support live their lives.
Having worked in the care industry for over 18 years, Managing Director of Starcare, Paula Pedlow has vast experience in care provision. When she opened the doors of Starcare Ltd in 2008, she launched a new, dynamic care agency, which prides itself on delivering exceptional homecare.
At Starcare we offer flexible care and support that focuses on understanding what is important to the individual and how we can make a real difference, to them and those around them.
Committed to providing quality care and support, Starcare has a dedicated management team with extensive training and experience in all aspects of the social care industry. We are committed to individuals and families who require care and support within the comfort of their own home and local community. We do this by ensuring that we provide a high level of ‘continuity of care’ our service users generally recieve care and/or support from the same support staff.

Debi Davies-Patrick – Accounts Manager
I have over 20 years experience working within various finance organisations controlling accounts, invoicing and bookkeeping. I joined Starcare in January 2010; my role as finance & personel manager has many different tasks going on each day, from helping clients with their direct payments, managing empower cards to being on the end of the phone to help in any way I can.
